Dr. Fields-Lever threads this thought into everything that she accomplishes. Dr. Fields-Lever resides in the City of Chicago with her husband, DeJuan, and two daughters – five-year old, London, and new bundle of joy, Lane.

Giving Back is Important to me

Community service is very important to Dr. Fields-Lever, hence she manages to volunteer at several day care centers; such as My Little Angels and Montessori Spanish Immersion – stressing the importance of oral health and proper oral care in early childhood.

Dr. Fields-Lever has practiced for 10 years and recently celebrated her three-year anniversary for her own practice – 28 to BRUSH – located in Forest Park, Illinois. The Practice experienced tremendous growth accumulating over 3,000 patients to date.

“I had not been to the dentist in a while and I needed a deep cleaning. Dr. Fields and her assistant walked me through the procedure. Throughout the procedure they were very gentle and checked to see how I was doing. I was anxious going in but the anxiety immediately disappeared. They made sure the procedure was not painful. The office staff was friendly and professional. In front of each comfy dentist chair is a big screen TV and you choose what you want to watch. Overall I highly recommend 28 to brush.
